Preparation + Mindset = Confidence
Looking at some of the all-time great athletes, I realized what set them apart from everyone else was their mindset. At the lower levels of competition, your skill level and athleticism can set you apart. In the pros, most are nearly indistinguishable when it comes to innate talent and learned skills. What the greats possess is that inner confidence and mentality of superiority they have about themselves. They believe so much in themselves they don’t let anyone or anything bring them down."
